Room Description
Amazing place for kids and adults alike! When you pull into the driveway, you will find a front yard putting green. Upon entering the house, you will find a large living space with wet bar and dining table (seats 8 people) that opens up to the kitchen.
Going out the back door from the kitchen you will find a deck complete with outdoor seating, a barbeque, and incredible views of Sea World and beyond. Stick around for the nightly fireworks! Underneath the deck there is a large outside sitting area where you can relax by the pool.
As you head downstairs, you will find a game room with a shuffleboard table, an air hockey table, a stand up video arcade game, and a large screen TV. This game room opens up to the backyard to create a true entertainment mecca! Enjoy the amazing swimming pool with outdoor art mural, fire pit, multiple seating areas, and tons of greenery and outdoor turf for the kids to play. (Please note there is a charge to heat the pool.)
The living space of the house consists of 5 bedrooms. On the top level there are 3 bedrooms, one with an en suite bathroom. All 3 of these bedrooms have QUEEN beds. There are an additional 1.5 bathrooms on the upper level as well. Upstairs includes a wet bar and 65″ smart TV, fireplace and open kitchen area.
On the lower level of the house you will find two more bedrooms. One room has a QUEEN bed and the other has TWIN bunk beds. There is an additional bathroom on this level as well.
